In 2020, Pumpnom received the Lazada FMCG Best Customer Engagement Award, recognizing its excellence in digital marketing and customer engagement. Driven by this success and continued business growth, Pumpnom expanded beyond e-commerce with an investment of over THB 50 million to establish its flagship retail store, creating a comprehensive omnichannel experience that better serves modern families through both online and offline channels.
